Responsibilities

  • - You’ll be the champion for the Trainee Development Programme and make sure it is best in class, and to ensure we are leading force within the industry for those wishing to have a career in Conveyancing.
  • - You’ll act as the conduit for delivering a cohesive, professional, and successful Trainee Development Programme bringing all depts responsible for delivery together.
  • - You’ll work closely with the operational teams, Recruitment, L&D, Capacity Planning, Finance, and other stakeholders to build and deliver the vision for the Trainee Development Programme.
  • - You’ll be the link between the trainees and the wider business; managing their expectations and ensuring that opportunities are presented to them, and that their progress through the business and the conveyancing career journey are managed and supported.
