Do we support remote work?
Yes, we do remote work in a hybrid format, with colleagues dividing their time between working from home and three days a week in either of our office locations.
What is the salary range for this position?
The salary range for this position is £32,000 - £40,000, plus excellent benefits.
What are the typical working hours for this role?
This role can be either full-time at 37.5 hours per week or part-time at 22.5 hours per week.
What kind of team will I be leading?
You will be leading a probate operations team, coaching and mentoring to deliver quality legal advice and great client service.
Do I need to bring my own clients to this position?
No, you won't need to source your own work or bring a following of clients with you.
What benefits are included in the compensation package?
The compensation package includes an annual bonus scheme, a pension with up to 10% employer contributions, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing to 32 with service), wellbeing benefits, coaching and training support, and discounts on Co-op products and services.
