The normal business hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday.

What qualifications are required for this role?
A high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of experience in customer service and processing Life/Death claims, and proficiency with computer applications are required.
Is experience with OnBase claims processing system preferred?
Yes, experience with the OnBase claims processing system is preferred for this position.
What are the telecommuting requirements?
You must have a dedicated work area for privacy, secure company documents, and a high-speed internet connection.
What type of support will I provide in this role?
You will provide expertise in reviewing, investigating, processing, and adjudicating Life claims and authorizing appropriate payments.
