What is the pay range for this position?
The wage for this position ranges between $90 to $127 an hour.
Can I set my own schedule?
Yes, you can maintain a flexible schedule by deciding how many clients you see through Headway, allowing you to set the hours that work for you.
What licenses are accepted for this position?
We accept the following licenses on a state-by-state basis: LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, and LPCC-S.
Is there any cost for using Headway's services?
No, we provide our services completely free of charge to you.
Do I need malpractice insurance to apply?
Yes, you will need to have malpractice insurance in order to apply for this position.
Can I provide therapy sessions remotely?
Yes, you have the option to see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home.
What qualifications do I need to apply?
You need to be a fully licensed Professional Counselor at a Master's level or above, possess a valid NPI number, and have malpractice insurance.
What support does Headway offer to clinicians?
Headway provides marketing support and patient referrals to help you grow your caseload, as well as customized support to streamline the process of both seeking and providing care.
Will my application be accepted if I am not fully licensed?
No, at this time, we are unable to service mental health professionals that are not fully licensed. Your application will be rejected until you obtain a valid license.
