Responsibilities

  • Support the generation of the DCE DDG maintenance strategies and plans, including ensuring all maintenance documents are in line with the program and business plans and framework
  • Assist with the scope of the DCE DDG Test & Commissioning Maintenance Program, and the integration of this scope into the Destroyer Capability Enhancement Program.
  • Support the maintenance schedules and budgets, including the associated risk profiles within the maintenance deferrals and ensure the program is sound.
  • Track day to day scope assuring maintenance schedules are met.
  • Ensure all job cards are vetted and ready for Test & Commissioning execution, OQE is captured, consolidated and checked for submission.
  • Ensure that the maintenance tooling and processes are fit for purpose, robust and make adjustments as required.
  • Ensure that the DCE DDG tasks are safely conducted using processes and procedures that are compliant with WHS legislation and the BAE Systems SHE policies.
  • Liaise with Test and Commissioning Leads to ensure maintenance tasks are being conducted on schedule and returned with any necessary OQE.
