Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the team to ensure timely and accurate responses to customers and effective delivery of Total Rewards programs
  • Coordinate team resourcing to ensure workloads are effectively managed
  • Support with building team capability to ensure team members have overall knowledge of total rewards and HR operations in addition to their specialized area of expertise
  • Embrace and drive change for Total Rewards programs, including within North America as well as championing and delivering messaging to the other regions to ensure global consistency
  • Lead and assume overall accountability for services provided and results achieved by the Total Rewards team
  • Develop and maintain strong internal business relationships, including with global leaders, to proactively identify, mitigate and resolve customer concerns
  • In conjunction with HR Information Systems and the COE, participate in the implementation of system and process changes, quality controls, and audit recommendations to ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Share and drive best practices established with other Total Rewards Delivery Centers
  • Develop and leverage HR metrics and data, including making recommendations for enhancements and continuous process improvement
  • Partner with Total Rewards COE to lead delivery of annual benefits enrollment processes
  • Ensure the confidentiality, security, and integrity of employee rewards and data records in accordance with legislation and country specific policies and procedures
  • Participate with the COE in assessing the effectiveness of current rewards programs in achieving organizational objectives. Provide analysis, consultation, and recommendations to COE on decisions and issues related to Total Rewards
  • Ensure SC Johnson’s total reward plans comply with legal and other regulations for North America
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders within HR
  • Lead and oversee project initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
  • Partner with both global and regional Total Rewards COE team members and HR Business Partners to ensure coordination, alignment, and proactive issue management with regards to compensation, retirement benefits and health/welfare benefits
