Responsibilities

  • Manage the policy governance process by leading cross-functional policy committee meetings, monitoring policy submissions, providing support to policy owners on how to submit policies to the committee, and managing the policy retention and control system, as well as the rollout, publication and translations of policies.
  • Promote and drive efforts for policy simplification to ensure policies are clear, easily understood, and straightforward to implement and follow.
  • Oversee the policy exceptions process by supervising and coordinating policy exceptions, analyzing exceptions to identify trends, visualizing them in dashboards and regular reporting as well as proposing updates to compliance policies.
  • Ensure all Compliance Operations-related data points on the company intranet, specifically related to policy documents, are kept up to date and are easily accessible.
  • Work closely with Corporate Communications and Regional Compliance Offices to follow up and coordinate the execution of Compliance Trainings and Communications.
  • Support Compliance benchmarking activities and assessments of the Compliance Program.
  • Support Compliance training content development and the annual training needs assessment.
  • Contribute to a data-driven compliance function by leveraging artificial intelligence, data analytics, and technology to enhance compliance processes and decision-making.
