Responsibilities

  • Gain hands on experience, learn from experienced professionals, and put your theoretical knowledge into practice. Our comprehensive curriculum covers management and trade disciplines, preparing you for a successful managerial role at Bone Dry Roofing. This program lasting 12-18 months, will prepare you, upon successful completion, to handle the day to day operations of a management position within one of our market locations. You will gain exposure to all functional departments including Customer Service, Sales, Operations (Roofing, Masonry, Interior, Exterior, and Gutters, and Solar).
