  • Implement and mature our approach to engaging with the platform’s tenants and stakeholders; deepening our understanding of their needs, and our ability to ensure their success
  • Collaborate with architecture functions to develop and maintain the platform strategy, and the associated prioritized backlog
  • Mature operational processes, including incident, problem, and change management for the platform
  • Ensure that incidents are managed and resolved quickly, and that retrospectives and root-cause analysis are completed within expected timelines
  • Develop and grow team members through coaching, feedback, and escalation support
  • Represent the platform and team in various external events, including internal customer calls
  • Serve as the IT Service Owner for the platform, including performing duties such as cost management and demand forecasting
