What is the primary responsibility of the Manager, People & Culture for Yacht Operations?
The primary responsibility is to assist with creating and implementing the long-term People Plan for Four Seasons Yacht Operations, supporting both pre-opening activities and ongoing P&C support post-launch.
What qualifications are required for this role?
A BA or SHRM is an asset or equivalent experience, along with 5 years of experience in a P&C generalist discipline, preferably in the luxury cruise industry or luxury hotel environment.
Is previous experience with HRIS systems required?
Previous experience working with Workday HRIS system and LMS systems is preferred.
What does the hybrid working model entail for this position?
The hybrid working model involves working in the Miami Corporate Office 3 days per week.
Will the Manager, People & Culture have to travel?
Yes, the role will approximately require 15% travel, including visits to the Toronto head office, team visits on the yachts, industry-related trade shows, the shipyard for the launch of FS Yacht, and occasional travel onboard the Yacht.
