Responsibilities

  • Primary TR partner to EEMEA region on all compensation related items such as providing proactive support for business issues, special projects ensuring market competitive pay and appropriate internal alignment.
  • Partners with business leaders and People Business Partners (PBP) to provide local compensation guidance on all components of compensation (i.e. job evaluation, executive offers and the allocation of base, bonus and LTI at yearend)
  • Working closely with the PBPs, and local regional leadership on design requirements for total rewards programs that can be addressed across the Rewards disciplines and solutions
  • Works with APEMEA TR partners to build response to volatile markets keeping organization pay philosophy and long term view in mind.
  • Provides advice to business leaders on trends in all global rewards disciplines and their applicability to specific regional populations
  • Leverages TR analytics to provide forward-looking TR market insights to PBPs and business leaders as well as historic trends
  • Provides design consultation to the Rewards COE, leads on the design and development of Rewards programs based on priorities agreed between the business and P&C
  • Proactively forecasts and prioritizes Rewards-related business needs to ensure business expectations are managed and resources within Total Rewards are aligned accordingly
  • Directs compensation due diligence, cost analysis, retention strategies and other assessments in support of M&A transactions (as needed).
  • Supports implementation of Rewards programs in respective regions and provides input and feedback to business leaders and other Rewards team members accordingly
  • Partners with TR PMO function to ensure resource availability and change management support is planned where Rewards solutions are being designed and implemented.
