Responsibilities

  • Durchführung und Kontrolle der Kostenstellen-, Kostenarten- und Kostenträgerrechnung nach deutschen und internationalen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften (HGB und Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry)
  • Sie sind Ansprechpartner für die Mitarbeiter der Buchhaltung und der übrigen Abteilungen unseres Hauses
  • Kontrolle des Tagesgeschäftes
  • Sie erstellen die monatlichen Forecasts sowie Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse inklusive deren Analyse
  • Sie wirken bei der Budgetierung und Erstellung des Businessplanes mit
  • Zuarbeit zu internen und externen Prüfungen
  • Sie erstellen Reports und Statistiken für alle Bereiche intern wie extern und entwickeln mit ihrem Team das Reporting weiter
  • Sie lernen die internationalen Anforderungen an ein transparentes und regelkonformes Controlling kennen
  • Kontrolle der Marriott internen Standards
  • Sie arbeiten dabei neben den MS-Office Programmen mit den Hotelprogrammen Opera, Simphony, Birchstreet und mit Peoplesoft für Kreditoren/Hauptbuchhaltung/Forecast/Budget
  • Kontrolle und Verarbeitung der Daten aus der Lohnbuchhaltung
