  • You are responsible for supporting quantitative market research projects and making sure reports are delivered on time and of high quality.
  • Based on your consumer insights experience, you have solid project management skills, you are actively learning new research design methods, and are able to translate research findings into business recommendations to guide customer centric decisions in our markets.
  • With your communication skills you share your insights and recommendations with Market General Managers, and other key stakeholder groups across Zalando.
  • You collaborate with data analysts to uncover holistic insights that combine survey (perception) data with onsite and transactional (behavioural) data.
