Responsibilities

  • The Marketing Assistant supports the Marketing team, managing and coordinating with various departments of the branch office regarding all actions linked to the brand and communications. S/her will responsible for managing the design of marketing and commercial materials, websites and social media accounts while under the supervision of the Head of Marketing. S/he will also support the business unit in the preparation and design of campaigns and materials related to agreements with brokers and affinities.
  • Developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels (including digital, social media, email, etc..) that support the business unit.
  • Proactively managing the branch's website and social media platforms to ensure the achievement of marketing and business objectives.
  • Coordinating the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional content.
  • Helping organize and execute events and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and engage with potential customers.
  • Assisting in tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing activities and preparing reports for the Marketing team.
