Responsibilities

  • Manage requests: Coordinate and review incoming requests for creative work, ensuring they align with project priorities and team capacity.
  • Assign and brief: Distribute projects to designers, copy editors, and videographers, providing clear and thorough briefs to guide their work.
  • Oversee timelines and expectations: Maintain project timelines, communicate with clients on progress, and set clear expectations to ensure all deliverables are met on time.
  • Ensure brand consistency: Act as an RBC brand steward by reviewing marketing materials to confirm compliance with our brand guidelines, balancing consistency with fresh, creative ideas.
  • Consult and advise: Serve as a resource to our field and partners, advising on best practices and proposing innovative marketing ideas.
  • Traffic creative requests to necessary team members based on skill and capacity, ensuring each team member has the necessary information to complete the request.
  • Manage approvals through our workflow management platform.
  • Liaise and build relationships with clients of the creative studio (advisors, internal partners, executives) including managing expectations and feedback.
  • Liaise with external vendors for production purposes.
  • Generate studio analytics reports.
  • Identify opportunity for improvements in workflow, processes and efficiencies.
  • Stay up to date with WM Canada’s brand standards and seek ways to be creative and innovative while maintaining adherence to guidelines.
