Responsibilities

  • Lead the Marketing Planning & Performance team in insight driven marketing and budgeting planning, focusing on in year optimisation and input into up-coming strategic cycles
  • Responsibility for the delivery and optimisation of the full LEGO Retail global marketing budget
  • Lead budget planning process and marketing optimisation based on MMM and data science insights
  • Ensure maximum value and impact of our retail marketing investments to support long term brand building and short term commercial performance. Build rigour by channel, audience, theme and funnel stage
  • Lead marketing strategy and budget guidance for Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP)
  • Own ICP Marketing deployment across the organisation
  • Drive the marketing effectiveness agenda across LR channels (stores and digital platforms)
  • Drive calendar finalisation and prioritization for Y+1 and ongoing optimisation for in year
  • Deliver Gap-to-Target (GTT) activation planning and guidance to execution teams
  • Lead and develop a high performing team of marketing professionals (5 people)
  • Partner with Markets & Channels Central Marketing Investment Planning teams to drive maximum value for LEGO Retail from across the wider organisation
  • Deliver framework for Innovation & Learning agenda within LEGO Retail Marketing
