  • 4+ years in a federal marketing role

  • Familiar with the professional services industry, specifically federal experience in the architecture and design industry and/or marketing in general through past work experience or an internship.
  • Familiar with methods of print and electronic production and materials delivery. Intermediate analytical skills and attention to detail. Advanced in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
  • Intermediate in QUARK, InDesign, PhotoShop, PageMaker, Access and HTML
  • Strong strategic thinker with strong analytical and technical skills and the ability to make recommendations based on data insights.
  • Knowledge of and experience with sam.gov, Deltek Govwin and/or similar softwares
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Bi.
  • Ability to maintain proficiency and inspire change as processes, systems and software evolves.

Responsibilities

  • - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • - Analyze data to track campaign performance and provide insights for improvement
  • - Recommends and conducts communications market research in support of all federal studio strategies
  • - Collaborate with team members across the marketing team on corporate marketing projects and campaigns
  • - Manages and is responsible for processes to turn data into insights while synthesizing and clearly communication analysis both written and verbal
  • - Responsible for making marketing recommendations based on the data collected
  • - Assist in the preparation of intellectual capital to support the entire cycle of marketing and business development, including federal budgetary analysis, identifying leads, helping to cultivate relationships, helping write certain parts of proposals, attending interview preparation, and providing data and insights throughout
