Responsibilities

  • Support the Brand team to deliver upon Brand’s three strategic pillars, to Enhance, Protect and Enable the Deloitte Canada Brand. Examples of each include:
  • Enhance: development, production, and reporting on campaigns such as: annual brand advertising campaign, Full Circle podcast, and global-led campaigns
  • Protect: brand health research, naming and acquisition management, employee brand training, and owned channel content management
  • Enable: social sharing, competitor research, and research insight dissemination
  • Drive project delivery through effective project management (report regularly on project status and monitor overall project advancement)
  • Work closely and respectfully with the assigned project team on the approach, deliverables, schedule, and tools to deliver multiple projects streams within established constraints
  • Adhere to processes for scope management and change control
  • Work with team leads on identifying and driving solutions to manage risks and challenges
  • Collaborate with counterparts and leverage WorkFront to manage and prioritize work
  • Support preparing effective presentations, creating visually appealing and engaging decks, incorporating relevant content and key messages
  • Conduct desk research for different initiatives as they come with quick turnarounds
  • Develop a network within the firm to connect the dots easily and facilitate interactions
  • Track campaign budgets effectively and assists with invoicing and expense tracking
  • Manages the Brand mailbox
