Responsibilities

  • Typing Lab reports, Records, documents and miscellaneous correspondence and maintaining Lab stock records.
  • Responsible for secretarial and clerical duties necessary to maintain high quality and efficient daily operations of clinical laboratory.
  • Responsible for typing and filing of laboratory reports of all patients.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating all files.
  • Retrieve information as required.
  • Responsible for answering the phone professionally and receiving and relaying Messages, answering general questions and referring all questions to the appropriate Staff members.
  • Complies daily, monthly and yearly statistics.
  • Verify the accuracy of all invoices of outside referrals.
  • Maintaining the store records, invoices and indent orders.
  • Regularly review office procedures and implement revisions as appropriate.
  • Taking care of the laboratory stock through Tally System.
  • Helping the Technicians to enter the reports into the books to finish the reports and dispatch the reports at the earliest.
  • To follow appropriate international guidelines, DHA regulations & Joint Commission International norms while treating or managing patients as well as while discharging their professional duties.
