Responsibilities

  • The focus of this role is the management and operational running of our Medical Trust Grade Programme.
  • This includes recruitment, induction, rotation and ongoing pastoral support for around 200 locally appointed doctors, most of whom are International Medical graduates.
  • The successful candidate would be expected to work closely with colleagues in the wider People Directorate, the Post Graduate Medical Education department, Finance and divisional teams.
  • The successful candidate will need to continually monitor Trust Grade numbers against our resident doctor establishment to ensure an ongoing match.
