What is the role of the Medicines Management Pharmacy Assistant?
The Medicines Management Pharmacy Assistant will focus on supporting admission processes, transferring GP medication lists to EPR systems, and assisting with stock and ward services in the acute medicine areas at Wexham Park Hospital.
What qualifications do I need to apply for this position?
You need to have an NVQ Level 2 and GCSEs in Maths and English. Customer care training is also desirable.

Main responsibilities include transcribing drug histories, assessing and checking PODs, providing Monitored Dosage Systems to discharged patients, aiding with Discharge Medicine Service referrals, and assisting in the transfer of medicines between wards.
