  • As a Mental Health Practitioner you will be responsible for undertaking assessments for young people referred for Tier 4 CAMHS intensive interventions. As well as face to face assessments the role involves all the gatekeeping activities as well as offering consultations to our Tier 3 partners. In addition to gatekeeping activities the post holder will undertake planning and facilitating discharge from Tier 4 services.
  • CWP (Tier 4 CAMHS) provides mental health services for children & young people with emotional, psychological and mental health related difficulties.
  • The services are provided through assessment for intensive support delivered through a residential inpatient setting or a home based treatment approach.
