  • Ensure all calls received are answered in a timely and professional manner.
  • Complete all NDLSFO duties and responsibilities in accordance with relevant procedures and performance agreement.
  • Process bookings & cancellations for NDLS Customers.
  • Ensure the Data Protection is always adhered to as per the 8 Principles of Data Protection.
  • Ensure a full understanding of SOP’s and Scripts.
  • Ensure all agreed operational procedures & scripts are strictly complied with.
  • Manage confidential information securely and in line with Records Management and Data Protection Policies.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate SGS values.
  • Maintain and ensure good employee relations.
  • Complete daily administration.
