Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact during the first 30 days for all revenue org hires.
  • Train Dialpad new hires on foundational topics (e.g., industry, products, sales skills, tools, processes), with an in-person facilitation commitment of 40 hours per month.
  • Partner with HR and hiring Managers to track new hire data and movements.
  • Manage and maintain all session decks, resources, activities and training schedules each month, ensuring the content is always relevant as the business evolves.
  • Advocate for updates required to on-demand courses.
  • Deliver ongoing new hire communications, scheduling, and administrative tasks in LMS/CMS to keep the program running smoothly.
  • Manage peer mentoring and stakeholder logistics for in-person training.
  • Order supplies, set up the classroom, and host social events for in-person classes.
  • Maintain knowledge of our communications products (e.g., video meetings, business phone system, messaging, Dialpad Ai).
  • Maintain basic knowledge of our internal processes, sales process, GTM tech stack, and swim lanes across roles.
