Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction for practice operations, including policy and procedures, project management, dashboarding, and administrative activities
  • Support business operations initiatives at the direction of PSS leadership related to coordination with corporate HR, recruiting, resource management, contracts, legal, security, finance, project set-up, marketing, IT, learning and development and engage with client-facing project teams and business units
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, including project risks, and compliance risks
  • Develop risk management strategies and contingency plans to minimize potential impacts on practice operations
  • Lead and coordinate project management activities, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and tracking progress against milestones and deliverables
  • Drive execution of strategic initiatives and special projects
  • Manage internal operations staffing levels and workload distribution to ensure optimal utilization of operations and support staff
  • Monitor project assignments and staffing needs to meet operational and project deadlines
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency enhancements across the practice
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows, optimize resource utilization, and drive continuous improvement
