  • Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (BS) from four-year college or university with at least ten (10) years related experience; or master’s degree with a combination of relevant experience at least eight (8) years. Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of learning strategies to upskill employees across all roles and functions. This includes but is not limited to our intern program, leadership training, and upskilling for professional level employees.
  • Measure program outcomes to monitor effectiveness and make adjustments where needed. Ensure alignment between program KPIs and organizational goals.
  • Partner with managers to customize learning and development opportunities for team and individual needs. Support leaders in reinforcing goals and expectations while focusing on improving team soft skills and behaviors to drive engagement and performance.
  • Lead the Organizational Excellence team, managing and coaching direct reports. Foster collaboration within the team and support projects as needed.
  • Foster clear, consistent communication across the organization to enhance transparency, knowledge-sharing, and engagement.
  • Maintain an internal coaching network to support personal and professional growth. Offer coaching for leadership development and integrate coaching programs with organizational learning goals.
  • Oversee onboarding to ensure seamless, intentional integration for new hires. Cultivate a lifelong learning culture with self-directed and formal learning opportunities.
  • Utilize innovative technologies to enhance training accessibility and integrate systems for knowledge retention and building organizational intelligence.
  • Champion core values and drive organizational culture through employee engagement events. Collaborate with leaders to organize biannual "All Employee" events.
  • Embed Human & Organizational Performance (HOP) principles into daily operations, emphasizing safety, efficiency, and quality. Design training that incorporates these principles into leadership and team practices.
  • Select and manage external training vendors to align with goals, ensuring high-quality programs. Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and focus on cost efficiency and ROI for all vendor engagements.
  • Personnel will report to the Orlando Service Center when not traveling to support offsite initiatives.
  • Support ISO 9001 compliance and initiatives.
  • Researches best practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data.
  • Support other Operational Excellence initiatives as needed.
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Participate, engage and collaborate with PG initiatives and programs.
  • Contribute to building a positive team spirit and ONE TEAM culture.
