  • Having experience/interest within a variety of matters in Clinical Negligence, such as obstetrics, orthopaedics, brain and spinal injury, along with misdiagnosis.
  • Having a basic understanding of the framework of clinical negligence law.
  • Being confident on the phone and able to control the call.
  • Offering the customer support as well as being empathetic.
