Responsibilities

  • - Advising the client on best courses of action within the law.
  • - Keeping clients and the insurance company informed of progress.
  • - Meeting court deadlines and proactively working to settle cases where appropriate.
  • - Keep in line with insurance company SLAs.
  • - Effective use of the firm’s case management system.
  • - Making informed decisions with regards to quantum/liability.

Do we support remote work?

Yes, we offer the option for remote working, in addition to a hybrid format with office work in our Leeds office.

What are the working hours for this position?

The working hours for this role are 7 hours a day, 35 hours a week, between the core hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.

What responsibilities will I have as a case handler?

As a case handler, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of claimant counterclaim small claim track RTA files, advising clients, keeping them informed, meeting court deadlines, and utilizing the firm’s case management system effectively.

What qualifications do I need for this role?

Is previous experience required for this job?
