Responsibilities

  • make initial contact with clients who have enquired through a high volume of webform/PPC/inbound calls in relation to new medical negligence enquiries
  • take a chronology of what has happened to the client and get a thorough understanding of how the incident has affected the client
  • make sure that all history notes are recorded within our case management system
  • send cases over to a fee earner when required and send cases to be risk assessed when required
  • follow contact strategy where clients haven’t been able to answer the phone
  • collect and chase for complaint correspondence when required
  • compassionately talk with clients in relation to their outcomes
