Responsibilities

  • Focus on the Overall Experience:
  • The key aspect of this role would be to create a seamless overall experience with sharing the right information with the new employee.
  • Build the right first impression with them by proactively reaching out to each one of them through frequent touch points.
  • Eventually this role would become the key to sentiment management for the employee by the counselor for the unit they are assigned to.
  • The key driver of making this role effective with:
  • Culture:
  • Eliminate the first day anxieties of the new joinee. Acquainting new hires to organizational culture is critical to make the workplace feel like their second home. It helps in their alignment with organizational vision & mission, policies and procedures, products & services.
  • They would also be required to build a better employee experience pertaining to Q culture.
  • Connect:
  • Consistent dialogue with the candidate and establish connect. Be able to coach and counsel the candidate on their queries, understanding and apprehensions. Be able to effectively network and suggest solutions.
  • Be able to predict apprehensions, challenges that the candidate has in mind and ease the understanding of how Q benefits them.
  • Connect, council and sell the brand Quantiphi through effective communication.
  • Making sure the new hires understand the roles and responsibilities and the expectations from them. Understands the growth he/she can look forward to in their journey with Quantiphi.
  • Once the new hire is onboarded, the counselor would be required to continue with the connect as per the established timelines and help manage sentiment and gauge if any interventions are required by the Culture and People Partner team.
  • Compliance:
  • Basic check points to address and resolve queries in regards to compliance for internal records, payroll, benefits.
