  • Unterstützung bei der anspruchsvollen Geschäftskorrespondenz in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Fristennotierung und -überwachung
  • Bearbeitung der Ein- und Ausgangspost
  • Aktenführung, Wiedervorlagen- und Dokumenten-Management
  • Vorbereitung und Einreichung von Anmeldungen, Widersprüchen etc.
  • Korrespondenz mit Patentämtern, Auslandskollegen und Mandanten
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Portfolioübersichten
  • Datenpflege weltweiter Markenportfolios
