  • Collaborating with third-party payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to close out the monthly payroll process promptly.
  • Issuing payroll payments to employees and statutory authorities within specified deadlines.
  • Preparing payroll-related accounting and accrual entries for input to the finance system.
  • Completing monthly payroll accounting balance sheet reconciliations, flux analysis and responding to Accounting queries.
  • Providing knowledgeable advice to employee and stakeholder queries.
  • Preparing ad-hoc reports for the business as requested.
  • Working with internal and external audit teams to resolve auditor requests.
  • Assisting with various payroll projects aimed at continuous improvement.
