Responsibilities

  • Computar los sueldos y las deducciones de los empleados (p. ej. aportes sindicales, seguro, estacionamiento, plan 401k) e ingresarlos en el sistema de nómina.
  • Dar información a los empleados y gerentes o supervisores acerca de temas relacionados con la nómina, cuestiones impositivas, planes de beneficios y disposiciones de negociaciones y acuerdos colectivos.
  • Completar los ajustes grupales en la nómina.
  • Ajustar la configuración básica del sistema de reloj registrador (p. ej. horario de los empleados, restricciones del reloj registrador) y corregir las perforaciones de tarjetas.
