Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for all general employee administrative queries
  • Manage creation of documents such as employment contracts, third part contracts, resignations, promotions, maternity/paternity, any other changes during employment
  • Update our HR database with changes to personal and employment data
  • Support HR team in monthly payroll activities to ensure correct process
  • Interface with payroll provider to ensure compliance of the timelines of all activities related to the process of payment of salaries, Funds, etc
  • Manage the storage of the documents mandators for the company
  • Support in the Management of people service activities and suppliers
  • Raise and monitor POs for HR/Facilities-related invoices
  • Take ownership for onboarding and off-boarding our employees
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures and responding within agreed SLA's
  • Take involvement in ad-hoc project work as required
