The primary responsibility of the People and Culture Coordinator is to focus on managing the employee life cycle and support employees throughout their journey at lululemon, while also handling administrative tasks and coordination for the assigned Distribution Centers.
What qualifications are required for this position?
Candidates must have 1-2 years of previous experience in a Human Resource or Administrative capacity, a relevant post-secondary diploma, and strong organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of HRIS systems and employment/labour standards in North America is an asset.
What are the working hours for this role?
The work schedule will generally be in-person, 4-5 days per week, but candidates must be flexible to accommodate the needs of the business, including potentially overlapping with non-daytime shifts for HR appointments.
