Responsibilities

  • Build strong partnerships with business unit leaders to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Meet with team members across the organization on employee relations issues, development, and retention.
  • Perform high volume, routine HR tasks to support the business with performance management and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support talent acquisition, performance management, and team member development efforts.
  • Support COEs by providing valuable insight, feedback and communication strategies to support People Team initiatives and programs.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to leaders and employees on HR policies, strategies and best practices to meet organizational goals.
  • Contribute to HR projects related to organizational development, culture enhancement, and change management.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze data and provide insights and HR strategies to enhance retention.
  • Monitor key People metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations to leaders.
  • Champion our Purple culture by helping leaders drive engagement and open communication within their teams.
  • Determine development gaps within the business units and provide adhoc training as needed.
  • Conduct targeted pulse checks and feedback sessions within business units.
  • Additional hours may be needed to support increased workload during peak season.
  • Other duties as assigned.
