  • Supporting our team: You will be a key point of contact for employees, providing full HR support, including conducting onboardings, leading feedback cycles, supporting interviews, and coaching through promotions and offboarding.
  • Managing documentation and payroll: You create employment contracts, templates, and other legal documents, and prepare monthly payroll in collaboration with our external tax office for our cross-country entities.
  • Organizing events: You will organize and oversee team gatherings and events to foster team cohesion and a positive workplace culture.
  • Enhancing experiences: You conduct regular surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and develop initiatives based on feedback to improve the employee experience.
  • Supporting Performance Management: You will assist in executing performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback to support employee development.
  • Fostering internal Communication: Ensure effective internal communication from the People & Culture team by managing P&C updates and newsletters throughout the company.
  • Being involved in P&C projects: You participate in various People & Culture projects and assist in other P&C disciplines as needed, contributing to the overall success and strategic goals of the department.
