Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR processes including facilitating all aspects of employee lifecycle: on-boarding, focal reviews, off-boarding, employee data changes, Leaves of Absence, Workers’ Compensation, open enrollment, records retention and other aspects as needed
  • Support onboarding orientation, including leading a training session with new hires, managing onboarding documentation, I9 verification, offer letters, eVerify, etc.
  • Support Workday processes such as employee data changes, ad hoc reporting, data validation, system testing, etc.
  • Respond to employee queries on basic People policies and practices such as Leave of Absence policy, PTO, benefits plans, wellness offerings, etc.
  • Create and maintain HR process documentation.
  • Manage electronic employee files with discretion and confidentiality to ensure compliance, accuracy, and data integrity
  • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables among all key stakeholders, vendors, end-users & clients, internal resources to ensure delivery of team initiatives
  • Identify and facilitate internal process improvements
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
  • Respond to employment verifications by phone or otherwise
