Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional new hire onboarding experience
  • Communicate with new hires prior to starting to ensure all new hire documents and onboarding preparation is complete
  • Communicate with hiring managers, talent acquisition team, IT team, and People Operations leadership regarding upcoming new hires
  • Partner with the Associate Manager, People Operations on all parts of the new hire onboarding process including HRIS system, background checks, I-9 compliance, and employee files maintenance, and onboarding surveys
  • Assist with People Operations programs such as employee recognition, intern onboarding and offboarding, other programs as needed
  • Assist in various People Operations compliance tasks in collaboration with People Operations leaders, legal, and Security
  • Assist in managing internal employee resource article database, Zendesk
  • Other duties as assigned
