Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of related experience preferably in HR Technology.
  • Experience with ADP Vantage learning and performance modules a plus.
  • 3+ years of related experience with Agile or product management methodologies.
  • 3+ years of related experience leading and coaching teams.
  • The ability and skill to manage an HR system as described as normally obtained through a minimum 5 years’ experience with specific experience in systems implementations.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on configuration with any HCM, learning, or performance platform.
  • 5-7 years’ experience leading cross-functional projects with technical and non-technical partners.
  • Excellent understanding of the learning, performance, and development technology market, solutions, and capabilities.
  • Ability to implement systems, processes and procedures that improve the customer experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Thinks creatively to solve problems.

Responsibilities

  • Leads People Technology Team in the management of HealthEquity’s HR Technology products, Agile delivery of enhancements and projects, and continuous improvement of the Team member, leader, and People COE experience.
  • Serves as a product owner of HealthEquity’s performance, learning, development, career, and succession technology in support of the People Team's functions, key business partners, and company objectives.
  • Manages the intake of new work and processes with COE partners, including process and service design activities, solution development, testing, and post-launch delivery support and analytics.
  • Leads review, evaluation, and prioritization of enhancement requests; leads implementation of accepted requests. Drives self-service reporting initiatives and other service delivery initiatives to improve leader and teammate productivity, create a positive user experience, and create efficiencies across the organization.
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities.
  • Monitors key trends, evaluates metrics and provides insights, recommending solutions for operational excellence. Partners with COE leaders to establish SLAs.
  • Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics.
