Responsibilities

  • Execute annual business planning process, ensure critical documents are up to date and oversight of activities that align with the strategic planning cycle
  • Create and deliver qualitative and quantitative monthly reporting for the Medicare Pharmacy Stars business unit
  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual enterprise-level presentations and reporting on Quality programs for use internally
  • Own the development of executive and operations reporting, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive content
  • Administer annual onsite event planning, design, content creation, logistics and overall execution
  • Manage strategic projects and initiatives that require problem solving, relationship building, influencing, and analyzing
  • Department Updates and Planning
  • Annual Planning: Coordinate and prepare annual departmental planning materials and follow-up items
  • Quarterly Business Review: Coordinate and develop QBR departmental materials
  • Pharmacy Performance Tracking: Prepare and distribute weekly performance reporting.
  • Employee Survey: Develop annual performance tracking and action items
  • Department MBO: Establish and monitor department MBO performance
  • Department Budget: Oversee and monitor department budget and Finance liaison
  • Weekly Data Analytics Updates: Facilitate weekly data analytics meetings
  • Ad-hoc Reporting: Work with Measure Owners to develop data analytics requests and intake submission (M&R Performance Report, SSRS, KMOR, etc)
  • Program Effectiveness: Work with STARs Analytics on program evaluation annually
  • Vendor Support: Establish and track Vendor Onboarding requirements
  • New Measure Coordination: Support measure owner(s) with identifying and tracking key requirements
  • Strategy Development: Assist Measure Owners and supporting STARs stakeholders with strategy development and updates
  • Departmental Performance Archive: Maintain Pharmacy STARs historical performance monitoring
