Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment strategies to attract highly skilled and specialized physicians for OSF HealthCare.
  • Source and develop relationships with candidates and follow them through the entire recruitment process.
  • Document details in reports and our applicant tracking system, Kontact Intelligence.
  • Involvement in the full life cycle recruitment process includes sourcing, creating marketing and advertising proposals, screening, telephone and face to face interviews, drafting interview itineraries, travel coordination, reference and background checking and benefit explanation.
  • Serve as liaison between candidates, hospital administration, medical directors, practice managers and hiring authorities.
  • Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, vision and values.
