  • Transactions processing and settlements - handholding of tickets and manual directives. Calculation and processing of monthly payments (interest, principal and fees) for whole loans. Verification and manual instruction of monthly payments (interest, principal and fees) for LOC. Confirmations of receipts or deliveries of payments. Remittance reports reviews and reconciliations. Verification of expense reimbursements. Counterparty real estate loans reconciliations. Join venture vendors' financial reports reconciliations. Fees amortization. Sweeps of cash collateral balances. Fund performance reconciliations and attribution analysis. Daily, MTD and YTD P&L reconciliations. Daily custody cash reconciliations. Monthly accounting market values reconciliations.
  • In addition to the above routine activities, the AVP will maintain and develop procedures to handle existing and new business requirements. There will be direct interaction with counterparties, servicers, custodian, accounting agents and investment manager contacts to research and explain exceptions and to achieve resolution. The AVP will coordinate requests for ad hoc reports and projects.
