The primary focus of the role is to design, develop, test, and support capabilities to extend the functionality of the core Applicant Tracking System product to create competitive advantage for SThree.

Key responsibilities include hands-on design, development, and testing of solutions, working with business stakeholders to understand opportunities, integrating Dynamics 365 Sales with other systems, providing support to users, coaching and mentoring junior team members, and staying up to date with changes to the Dynamics 365 Platform and Power Platform.
What experience and knowledge are required for this role?
Experience of extending Dynamics 365 Sales, building solutions using the Power Platform, testing and deployment processes for Dynamics 365 Sales, integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems, and knowledge of data technologies used by Dynamics 365 are essential. Understanding of Azure Integration Services, Microsoft Identity Management solutions, and cloud computing architectures is also necessary.
