Responsibilities

  • Main duties of the job
  • This role presents an opportunity for the right individual to join the established team of Practice Education Facilitators, working cross site, to support the transition of learners at all levels in their nursing journey to the clinical area as well as support the ongoing educational needs of the nursing workforce.
  • The successful candidate will support the Band 7s across the non-medical education team, in developing strong links with the operational nursing workforce - Divisional Directors of Nursing, Matrons and Ward Managers, and will be supported in their role by the Trust’s Lead Nurses for Education, Practice Education Facilitator teams and Head of Non-Medical Education.
