Responsibilities

  • Manage the audit, repair & replacement programme of furniture across the campus
  • Support the calculation of desk demand and compilation of occupancy data for each neighbourhood on a monthly basis.
  • Administer the allocation of neighbourhood workstations and personal storage solutions and support all moves related to re-locations & restacks.
  • Assume responsibility for making any changes to Ronspot layouts as well as using the software to book guests and/or manage swing space.
  • Support the team through the use of AutocCad.
  • Maintain the tracker of the Team Budget & spend on a bi-monthly basis.
  • Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders across the Bank to contribute to delivery of the Division’s mandate
  • Responsible for providing timely responses to team related queries within agreed Service Level Agreements, which arise to ensure that all issues are handled and resolved in an efficient manner.
  • Support any adhoc Premises & Accommodation projects as required.
