Responsibilities

  • - Our presentation designer and storyteller is a partner to the new business and agency brand team helping to visually package compelling presentations that tell a story and stand apart. In addition, this role secondarily supports client teams in developing visuals and presentations.
  • - Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Agency New Business
  • - Graphic design skills are key, but just as important is the ability to take complex information and distill it down to simplify it into compelling presentation content that appeals to the target audience (in other words, make it interesting, fun and not boring)
  • - Assist new business team in responding to consultant and prospect requests across all stages (fact sheet, RFI/RFP, credentials presentations, working sessions and final creative presentations)
  • - Deliver creatively designed proposals and presentations on-time
  • - Collaborate with appropriate internal new business team to proactively collect information and weave together a story
  • - Listen to each disciplines expertise and approach and make proactive recommendations on visuals, presentation flow, headlines and talking points
  • - Be a driver; don't wait for information but instead track down information to create visuals, designs and slides for the presentation
  • - Support pitch team with related logistical tasks, such as making proofing edits (from proofer), room tech set-up, final rehearsal prep, packaging up and saving final files, etc.
  • Agency Branding
  • - Design agency case studies, social posts and other assets working with creative and social teams
  • - Agency presentation development as needed (for all-agency meetings, C-suite meetings or speaking opps)
