Responsibilities

  • Liaising with internal teams / departments such as the Director's, Heads of, Senior Managers & Change Management, the role holder will translate Bupa property related requirements, creating a spec that is costed and agreed and ensure subsequent development work is delivered as per the internal customer and project brief expectations.
  • The role will require collaboration with stakeholders at varying levels up to Executive Team Level and with teams both internal and external to Bupa throughout the project delivery lifecycle.
  • The role is central to the success of delivery in helping to achieve our strategic goals and realise the benefits from our investment in change.
  • This role also includes PM support for Bupa Global's overseas property portfolio inclusive of Dubai, Cairo, HK, Copenhagen, Beijing, Shanghai, Singapore, Dublin, and Zurich; as well as the property portfolio occupied by the Group Functions (i.e. the Corporate Head Office at Angel Court, London).
  • The Property strategy is to shape the foundations for Bupa's long-term growth by leading the transformation of our buildings and surrounding spaces with essential services and advanced solutions that are socially, environmentally, and economically balanced.
