Responsibilities

  • Act as a functional SME for Employee Central, with a deep understanding of global HR business processes related to employee lifecycle events (hire, transfer, promotion, termination, etc.).
  • Translate HR business requirements into technical system configurations and document changes in configuration workbooks.
  • Manage Foundation Objects, Business Rules, Picklists, Workflows, Role-Based Permissions, and Notifications.
  • Perform hands-on system configuration and partner with IT teams for integration support including Active Directory sync, payroll, benefits, and third-party vendors.
  • Conduct an impact analysis of enhancement requests and new EC features (releases).
  • Understand cross-module dependencies (e.g., EC to Compensation, EC to Recruiting, EC to Payroll).
  • Audit EC data loads, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and ensure data consistency across integrated systems.
  • Lead testing efforts in non-production environments to validate changes before deployment.
  • Leverage SuccessFactors reporting tools (Table Reports, Story Reports, etc.) to support business needs.
  • Maintain translations across all modules to support a multi-language, global workforce.
  • Ensure data privacy and compliance with GDPR and other global regulations.
  • Serve as the first line of support for HR and business users, troubleshooting system issues and resolving tickets.
  • Partner with HR COEs, IT, and external vendors to drive system enhancements and process improvements.
