Responsibilities

  • Apply manufacturing engineering skillsets across the extended value stream and Seeker system to resolve constraints and improve process and product designs
  • Leverage knowledge and technical skills to influence business decisions and results from new designs to recurring production
  • Design, control, and improve the producibility of products through collaboration with a multi-disciplined team
  • Lead and coordinate technical efforts across the extended value streams, including design of experiments (DOEs) and
  • Act as the manufacturing and producibility authority within the Stinger program
  • Identify and resolve process inconsistencies, manufacturing risks, and throughput constraints across the program
  • Participate on Failure Investigation Teams (FITs) as the manufacturing expert in support of root cause and corrective action investigations, including supplier and cross-factory engagements
  • Provide technical input and peer review to engineering design changes
  • Provide technical and problem-solving guidance to factory engineers
